As octogenarian pensioners living on “the smell of an oil rag”, we had been living without a functioning gas demand-hot-water heater for four weeks before we fortuitously made contact with Brett Murphy of Aquasonic Plumbing and Gas. Brett and his wife Lauren really “killed the bull” in not only establishing the best replacement gas demand-water-heater for us but also, to our surprise, in helping us get an interest-free loan to pay for the new heater. The loan was, to our surprise, granted on the next working day after we had applied online. With the approval, they responded quickly to instal our new heater. Brett’s work was quick, very neat and efficient and in only a couple of hours we were delighted to have beautiful hot water again.
